Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Broda Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (BGS), we are committed to delivering high-quality services across consulting, managed operations, and staffing. We strive for transparency and professionalism in all client interactions. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.


1. Service Cancellation Policy
1.1 For Consulting & Managed Services:

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing a written notice of 7 days.

  • For monthly or retainer-based contracts, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

  • Cancellations made after service initiation but before significant delivery may incur a partial service fee for time and resources already allocated.

1.2 For Manpower/Staffing Services:

  • Cancellation of recruitment or staffing requests is permitted within 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • If candidate sourcing has already begun, sourcing fees and expenses will be non-refundable.

 

2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Terms:

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or completed.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and will be made via the original method of payment.

2.2 Consulting & Managed Services:

  • If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

  • If partial work has been done, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on work completed.

2.3 Manpower Solutions:

  • No refund will be issued once candidate interviews have been arranged or profiles have been shared.

  • In case of failure to deliver any suitable candidates within the agreed time, a partial refund or credit may be provided, subject to management review.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

  • One-time strategy consultations

  • Customized project reports

  • Administrative processing fees

  • Digital product or document delivery (if applicable)

 

4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, the matter will be handled by the BGS management team. We aim to resolve all issues within 10 working days.
